Sarah Murray
Sarah Murray has worked in different facets of the fashion and journalism industries since 1996. When she relocated to Vancouver in 2002 she managed a clothing store until the world of freelance writing unfolded. Then Girl Fabulous jewellery asked for a press release and working with the media took on a whole new meaning. Eventually enough word of mouth spread to justify quitting that retail job and starting The Fashion Capsule (formerly known as The Honey Mustard) Fashion and Media Services in 2004. Today The Fashion Capsule represents 20 fashion and beauty clients to media across Canada. In addition, the company produces fashion shows including the Generation Next competition.
Annett Forcier
Starting at a young age Annett had a keen eye for design. Her love, determination, and natural ability in design lead her to flourish as a web developer and designer when she moved from Bavaria, Germany to Vancouver in her early professional life. Annett has extensive training and experience as a web developer and designer. Her many years in the industry has enabled her to master the latest web technologies. Annett is a firm believer in professional development and consistently keeps herself current with the latest web technologies. When she is not working, Annett fuels her love for West Coast art, fashion and the music industry by activity participating in community events.
As a member of the board and the hand behind Portobello West’s website redesign, Annett is dedicated to making Portobello West a household name.
